Since the application is free of charge, I suggest you download a new copy from the official web page. After that, log in to Windows with an Administrator account and install the program following the instructions from the user guide.
I'm trying to upgrade my PowerPanel software 1.2.2 for Windows XP to the current version, but I keep getting an error message saying that the .msi file (for my original install) is not valid. Additionally, I can't even uninstall the program, because Windows can't find the file. Can you help?

In order to solve the missing file error, you should reinstall the application. To not complicate yourself, I suggest you force the application to uninstall using Revo Uninstaller. Revo Uninstaller is a free utility developed by VS Revo Group that will remove the application from your computer by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system. After that, you can download and install the latest version of PowerPanel Personal Edition from the official web page.
